This was the meeting at which we celebrated the 30th anniversary of Gypsy Tolers!

And we still have several of our founding members that are active.  Good going, Gypsies!

And we had a great teacher, Betty Busby, to teach us a fall project!

September 09 Page

What fun!  And lots of prizes to boot!

Sue Clark and Judy Coates are real

pros at this bingo calling thing!  And the

rest of us are real pros at  gettting the

goodies home!

August 09 Page

In August, we painted cloth tote

bags for our charity projects.  The

bags will later be filled with goodies to

give to our organizations to help

create smiles.  What could be better?

2009 Summer Seminar

The 2009 Summer Seminar was a wonderful experience.  The medium

was colored pencils, the teacher was Janelle Johnson and the projects,

instruction, food and  painters were great!  Hope you didn't miss it!

July 09 Page

Jane Haggard was our teacher on this

hot July night with a reminder that it

would soon be cold and we would

need a candle decorated lantern to

light the way.  Thanks, Jane.

June 09 Page

Jan Sunny instructed us on the

proper painting of the ornament

to be sold at our upcoming Heritage

Sale.  The chapter is sure to make

lots of money on this one.

May 09 Page

A butterfly windchime was taught

by Sue Clark.  How perfect is

that for a May project?

April 09 Page

Barbara Underwood taught us to

paint this cute frog project.  What fun!

March 09 Page

Kathy Riddle taught us to paint

this cute rabbit just in time for

Easter.  How cute is he?

What fun!  Painting a "red hot chili apron"!

Our teacher was Leigh Ann Whitley, who

did a great job and a good time was had

by all!

January 09 Page

2009 Elected Officers

These are our 2009 Executive Officers.

What a fine looking group!

Gypsy of 2008

Jane Haggard was selected as the

Gypsy of the Year 2008 by our President,

Mary Clegg.  Congratulations, Jane!

Christmas Party

The Christmas Party was very memorable this

year.  It was all in celebration of "Feliz Navidad".

We had Mexican food and entertainment and

the decorations also carried out the theme.

Thanks to the Christmas Committee!!!!

This scrapbook page was completed by

Marilyn Fullgrabe.

October Page

Dee Keener was our October teacher and

what a cute project!  This was the first item

that Dee ever designed.  It's obvious that

she has talent. And all the painters in the

chapter now have a new Halloween decoration.

September Page

A lovely fall design on a pot taught by

Jane Haggard at the September meeting

was perfect to fill and set on our Autuum

tables.  Thanks Jane for a great class!

August Page

This was a great new class, teaching us an old

method: Tinsel Reverse Glass Painting.  All the

finished projects looked so beautiful!  Thanks,

Mary!

July Page

The July meeting was to paint

chapter ornamemts to be sold

at the upcoming Heritage Sale.

Judy Coates taught the class and

we each got to paint one for

ourselves, too!  This snowman

is sure to be a great money maker

for the chapter!

June Page

Yvonne Thompson was our teacher in June.

We painted with Egg Tempura.

We all learned something new and had a great time doing it!

May Page

The Tea Party was a lovely, successful event!  The hostesses

were so very creative and talented!

Our Hospitality Chairpersons, Jan and Sally, did a

wonderful job of presenting our food on a white canvas

and fresh flowers.  Great job, everyone!

April Page

What a cute patriotic pin!  All ready to

wear for July 4th or anytime before

 or after.

Thanks Sue for a fun project!

Thanks, Barbara.

There were lots of reasons to smile as the

Chapter enjoyed learning to paint a

Great project and great teacher!
